Every day Itzik opens the stand early in the morning and prepares fresh falafel for crowds of Israelis waiting to taste the wonderful falafel.
Just today Itzik decided to go on vacation, and left his falafel stand for you.
The hungry customers start arriving and the line gets longer...
You have to step into Itzik's big shoes and quickly learn how to make the perfect falafel.
